How we handle information you give us on this site. This is not the client-data processing agreement — that is signed with an order.
This site collects the name, work email, company, and optional phone you type into the security review or contact form, plus the answers you give in the questionnaire. We use that to recommend a plan and follow up. We do not sell it.
Submissions from the security review, contact form, and hardware quote are emailed to ShieldSMB at solutions@shieldsmb.com. We use a form-delivery service to send that mail. We do not sell the information, and we do not use it for advertising.
This site does not run advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. Hosting and form-delivery logs exist so the site can function and so we can follow up on a request. If you want a copy or deletion of a production submission, email solutions@shieldsmb.com with the address you used.
Client telemetry under a paid plan is governed by the services agreement, not this page. We process that data to detect, contain, and report threats — not to train public models.
