We watch computers, email, and logins around the clock for clinics, law and accounting offices, trades, and the 20-to-200 person companies that actually make the economy go. The work is straightforward on purpose: an extra login step that is actually required, antivirus that is actually installed, and a person who actually picks up the phone at 2 a.m.
Canada, the United States, and Mexico are the working area, not an afterthought. PIPEDA and PHIPA show up in our checklists because Canadian clients get asked. U.S. cyber-insurance forms show up for the same reason. LFPDPPP mapping is there for Mexican firms and for anyone with staff or customers south of the border. We write in English a founder can read, then keep the evidence an underwriter wants.
We are not a full IT department. We do not take over your printers. We do not sell fear. If your setup is already in good shape we will say Foundation is enough — and mean it.
